Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Write.info ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses Write.info or any of its tools.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Description of Service

Write.info is a free AI writing assistant platform that provides a collection of AI-powered tools for content generation, text rewriting, grammar checking, AI detection, content humanization, translation, summarization, and other writing-related tasks. The Service currently includes over 25 specialized writing tools accessible through the website at no cost.

Each user is provided with 10 free AI generations per day across all tools. No account registration or signup is required to use the Service. The AI Writer & AI Checker ACI app, available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, provides access to the same tools with extended usage through optional subscription plans.

The Service is intended to assist with writing tasks and is provided as a productivity tool, not as a replacement for professional writing, editing, or expert advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Write.info only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, malware instructions, or any material intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits through the use of bots, scripts, multiple IP addresses, proxies, or any other automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or interfere with other users' access.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service itself (distinct from content generated by the Service).
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or uses the Service in a manner we reasonably determine to be abusive.

Intellectual Property

Content generated by Write.info tools belongs to you, the user. Write.info does not claim ownership over any text, content, or output produced by the AI tools at your direction. You are free to use, modify, publish, or distribute generated content as you see fit, subject to any applicable laws and third-party policies.

The Write.info website, its design, branding, logos, tool interfaces, and underlying code remain the intellectual property of Write.info and its operators. These Terms grant you no rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content produced by Write.info tools is generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or free of errors. Language models can produce text that sounds authoritative but contains factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or fabricated details.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before using it for any purpose. Write.info does not verify the factual accuracy of generated output and assumes no liability for errors in AI-produced content.

AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind. It should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, academic, or any other form of professional guidance. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with any applicable policies, including those of educational institutions, employers, publishers, and other organizations that may have rules regarding AI-generated material.

Rate Limits and Access

Write.info currently provides 10 free AI generations per day per user. This limit applies across all tools collectively, not per tool. The daily limit resets every 24 hours.

We reserve the right to modify, increase, or decrease the daily generation limit at any time without prior notice. Changes to rate limits may be made for reasons including but not limited to server capacity, cost management, and abuse prevention.

The AI Writer & AI Checker ACI app offers extended access through optional paid subscription plans. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are subject to change and are governed by the app's own terms and the policies of the Apple App Store.

Service Availability

Write.info is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Service. The Service may experience downtime due to server maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We do not guarantee that any specific tool or feature will remain available indefinitely. Tools may be added, modified, or removed as the Service evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Write.info, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since the website-based Service is provided free of charge, this amount may be zero.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Write.info, its operators, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of courts as determined by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
